Our classes are one hour long but we always have time before and after each class to give you the time to get those extra workouts in or work on a movement you're struggling with! All classes are capped at 12 people. 

ADULT CLASS SCHEDULE

5:30am-6:30am (Mon-Fri)

9:30am-10:30AM (Mon-Fri)

12:00pm-1:00pm (Mon-Thurs)

4:45pm-5:45pm (Mon-thurs)

PARENT AND KID CLASS

6:00pm-7:00pm (Tues & Thurs)

This class is designed with the parent and child (8yrs+) in mind. We will do individual work and partner workouts. Coaches will be attentive to individual needs and scaling while promoting a fun atmosphere for parents and kids to bond and grow together. 

PEAKFIT KIDS

3-5 years old (WednesdayS FROM 2:30pm-3:30pm)

Co-ed 5-9 years old (MONDAYS FROM 3:45pm-4:45pm)

7-12 years old (thursdays FROM 3:30pm-4:30pm)

Boys 8-12 years old (TUESDAYS FROM 3:30pm-4:30pm)

TEEN CLASS

11-15 years old (wednesdays FROM 3:30pm-4:30pm)

Programmed specifically with 11-15 year olds in mind. They will learn functional movement, how to move and properly lift weight, and gain mental toughness and awareness. They will also get to have fun playing on some of our "ninja" equipment. As with all our classes, it will be a positive and uplifting environment, encouraging and enabling each child to grow in their full potential.
