We all have different goals when it comes to our fitness, which is why Peak Human Performance provides unique programming and coaching to help you reach them. Each class we'll do a strength workout and a Metcon as well as provide you with optional workouts that you can do to help you reach your fitness goals! Weather your goal is to lose weight, get stronger or improve on a specific skill/movement, we provide the programming to make that possible!
In addition to our multi-layered programming, we are including specialized programming for endurance athletes. Often it seems endurance athletes neglect proper strength training because of the time demands spent out on the pavement. However, lack of strength training can lead to injury. The endurance programming will work alongside your training and give you that upper edge in your sport!
In order to best serve and provide adequate attention to our athletes, all of our classes are capped at 12 people. Our classes are one hour long but we always have time before and after each class to give you the time to get those extra workouts in or work on any movements you're struggling with!

ABOUT our founder, JENNA.
Jenna received her degree in Community Health & Exercise Science. Health and Fitness has always been a part of her life and her desire is to share that with others. After college she became a personal trainer, and has also taught several different forms of group fitnes. Jenna was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 and immediately fell in love. Her passion for encouraging and motivating others continued to grow as she also began training as a competitive CrossFit athlete. In 2016, she competed in her first CF Regional, and in 2017 competed at the CrossFit Games as a 38 year old masters athlete. Jenna now wants to share the knowledge she has learned along the way to help others become the best version of themselves.
