Our goal is to create happier, healthier people. You deserve that!

ABOUT our founder, JENNA

Jenna received her degree in Community Health & Exercise Science.  Health and Fitness has always been a part of her life and her desire is to share that with others. After college she became a personal trainer, and has also taught several different forms of group fitness. Jenna was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 and immediately fell in love. Her passion for encouraging and motivating others continued to grow as she also began training as a competitive CrossFit athlete. In 2016, she competed in her first CF Regional, and in 2017, 2018, and 2019 competed at the CrossFit Games as a masters athlete. Jenna now wants to share the knowledge she has learned along the way to help others become the best version of themselves.

KEATON COATES

General Manager and Head Coach
Certified Crossfit Trainer (CF-L3)

My name is Keaton Coates, I was born and raised in Tallahassee, and I graduated from Florida State University. I have competed in sports my entire life; baseball, basketball, lacrosse, speed skating, you name it! When I graduated high school, I had this desire to continue competing, and I already enjoyed working out. I had seen Crossfit on TV and decided that is what I wanted to do. I have now been doing Crossfit since June of 2016 and have been coaching since March of 2018. Since then, I have fallen in love with this sport and profession and obtained my CF-L1, CF-L2, and now my CCFT (CF-L3). I absolutely love coming to work every day and helping others become happier and healthier versions of themselves. Crossfit has provided me with an unmatched community full of friends. I rarely feel like its “work” while I am coaching, and that’s why I love what I do.

TASHA LOFTIN

Tasha, 36 years young. I love my family, food, animals, the beach, and working out! I am a local girl who went to FSU and after graduating moved to West Palm where I discovered CrossFit, and have been fortunate to have some amazing coaches along the way. I work full time at the Guardian ad Litem Program in Tallahassee and love my job but also love CrossFit and helping others. I received my Level 1 in 2019 and have recently started shadowing and coaching at PHP. I fell in love with CrossFit for many reasons. I have played competitive sports my whole life and this is one of the most fun and most challenging sports I have found. And I love coaching because its gives me the ability to give back the knowledge and skills I have learned from my coaches that I have had along the way and it lets me help and see other’s achieve their goals.

Natalie Majors

I’m currently a student at Florida state pursuing a degree in accounting. I’ve began doing CrossFit since 2016 with my mom and I still love it just as much as I did when I started. I got my L1 in the summer of 2020 with no intention to actually coach, but my fellow coaches at PHP told me to try it out and I am so glad I did. I love helping people improve and get stronger every day, and I’m so glad that I can be a part of that journey for them.

Brynn Bacaa

My name is Brynn and I’m originally from Austin, Texas. I came to Tallahassee July of 2023 to be the Head Softball coach at Tallahassee Community College. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 7 years and have been coaching since early 2023. Coaching CrossFit has become one of my favorite things to do because of the people, the community, and getting to learn about everyone’s different stories!

Asher Johnson

My name is Asher Johnson and I am currently in FSU’s Athletic Training program and pursuing a minor in child development with the goal of becoming a pediatric physical therapist. I began doing CrossFit at sixteen and have been lucky enough to watch it change my life. It has taken me from not being able to do a push up or run a mile straight to doing pistol squats and ultramarathons. The CrossFit community has become a second family to me and taught me some of life’s most important lessons. Because of the impact the sport and the community has had on me, I got my L1 and CrossFit Kids certificate with the hopes of giving other people what CrossFit has given me.
