Get your kids started on the right fitness track.
From eating well, to positive thinking, and even exercise, we believe the habits we teach our kids now shape them into the adults they become. This is why we have a kids program at Peak Human Performance! Our program is designed to teach kids proper movement patterns and body mechanics while developing a love of health and fitness. Our younger kids focus primarily on body weight movements, while our old classes slowly learn to properly move light loads through kettle bells and dumbbells. We also encourage and promote positive thinking through group discussions and "word(s) of the week" such as integrity, perseverance, edify, etc. Our kids program is $50 a month for one day a week and is a fun hour packed full of obstacle courses, exercise, games, and learning!
3-5 years old (WednesdayS FROM 2:30pm-3:30pm)
Co-ed 5-9 years old (MONDAYS FROM 3:45pm-4:45pm)
7-12 years old (thursdays FROM 3:30pm-4:30pm)
Boys 8-12 years old (TUESDAYS FROM 3:30pm-4:30pm)
PARENT AND KID CLASS
6:00pm-7:00pm (Tues & Thurs)
This class is designed with the parent and child (8yrs+) in mind. We will do individual work and partner workouts. Coaches will be attentive to individual needs and scaling while promoting a fun atmosphere for parents and kids to bond and grow together.
11-15 years old (wednesdays FROM 3:30pm-4:30pm)
Programmed specifically with 11-15 year olds in mind. They will learn functional movement, how to move and properly lift weight, and gain mental toughness and awareness. They will also get to have fun playing on some of our "ninja" equipment. As with all our classes, it will be a positive and uplifting environment, encouraging and enabling each child to grow in their full potential.
